About the role
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst within the Data Products team, your role involves leading efforts to capture, synthesize, and analyze requirements effectively. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and Data Engineers across various Value Streams/Business Domains to ensure project objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Business Domain/ Value Stream aligned Data Product Managers to provide business intelligence, strategy, and planning services to stakeholders. - Work with business users to understand their functions and processes, defining business intelligence requirements. - Design and develop user-friendly dashboards to support decision-making. - Develop and modify reports, design BI dashboards, scorecards, charts/graphs, and dynamic reports. - Collect and analyze data to derive insights on system performance. - Advise on translating business requirements into technical specifications and support BI product rollouts. - Present findings to stakeholders, drive user adoption of BI tools, and ensure design consistency. - Promote reuse of solutions through documentation and contribute to the maturity of Data Product Teams' deliverables. - Perform detailed data analysis, data extraction, and validation for building data products. - Collaborate with Data Modeling and Power BI teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions. - Write user stories and define acceptance criteria for Agile development in Azure Dev Ops. - Troubleshoot problems and provide support to the data engineering team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields. - 5 to 8 years of professional experience. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. The company offers a competitive salary ranging from 1,500,000.00 to 2,500,000.00 per year with the work location being in person.
