As an Instawork Robotics Mobile Developer, you will play a crucial role in owning the custom AI-enabled app used for distributed robotics data collection. You are an experienced mobile app developer with a minimum of 5 years of iOS and Android development experience (excluding internships). Additionally, you are an iOS expert with at least 2 years of native Swift programming experience. Your focus on scalability is evident from your track record of publishing apps used by a distributed global user base. You have a strong customer experience orientation, continuously enhancing the app based on user feedback and app analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end development of the Instawork Pro Capture app - Implement new features including CV capabilities, internationalization, analytics, and integration with the data pipeline - Collaborate closely with robotics leadership, data ops, QA, and other engineering teams to ensure alignment from concept to deployment Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of iOS and Android development experience (excluding internships) - At least 2 years of native Swift programming experience - Experience with ARKit, XR apps, or data collection apps is a plus - Cross-platform development experience, ideally including Android and Unity Instawork, founded in 2015, is a leading online labor marketplace connecting skilled workers with local businesses in various industries.
