As a Lead Business Analyst, your primary focus will be to support the Scrum team by bridging business needs with technology, gathering and analyzing requirements, and facilitating communication to ensure alignment and clarity. This role involves developing deep expertise in insurance domain processes to support process improvements and collaborating during testing phases to validate business solutions.
