Position: Senior Manager - Projects & Engineering Experience: 15 to 20 Years Qualification: BE/B.Tech - Mechanical Location: Intas Plasma Fractionation Centre - Ahmedabad Job description 1. Project Planning & Execution Prepare and review project concept notes, scope, milestones, and overall schedulesDevelop realistic CAPEX with focus on timelines, cost, and technologyMonitor project progress and update construction status2. Design & Engineering Oversight Review and approve layouts, design data sheets (Utilities, HVAC, Electrical), P&IDsHandle utility design and selection based on process and consumption needsApprove URS, technical comparisons, and equipment/instrument lists3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Liaise with consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teamsSupervise vendor activities and ensure alignment with project requirements4. Documentation & Compliance Review and approve qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), validation, SOPs, and QMS documentsMaintain and periodically update approved layouts and project documentation5. Cost & Risk Management Monitor CAPEX and escalate cost overruns or scope changes to Project Head6. Audit & Regulatory Support Ensure site readiness for internal/external audits (GMP & Non-GMP)7.
