About the role
Role & responsibilities Planning & execution of downstream processing of plasma products. Running various chromatography steps and UF/DF for protein purification. Executing pilot scale batches to generate product for stability studies. Responsible for preparation of documentation like R & D BMR, TTD and other reports. Record keeping of raw data related to R & D experiments inclusive of lab and pilot scale. Responsible for implementation of new strategies for improving existing product. Calibration of equipment related to downstream processing.
