About the role
Position Overview We are looking for a skilled PowerApps Business Analyst with 35 years of experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and designing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into functional specifications, and support development teams in delivering scalable, user-friendly PowerApps solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Requirements Gathering - Work with business users to understand workflows, challenges, and automation opportunities. - Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, and requirement workshops. - Document business requirements (BRD), functional specifications (FSD), and user stories. Process Mapping Solution Design - Create detailed process flow diagrams, wireframes, and solution outlines. - Translate business needs into functional designs for PowerApps and Power Automate solutions. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical feasibility. PowerApps Power Platform Support - Assist in building Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps through configuration and low-code capabilities. - Define data models using Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL connectors. - Support creation of automated workflows using Power Automate. Testing Quality Assurance - Develop test cases, conduct functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Validate data accuracy, UI/UX usability, and workflow efficiency. - Ensure compliance with internal security, performance, and governance standards. Documentation User Support - Prepare end-user manuals, training materials, and release notes. - Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing functional support. - Maintain documentation for enhancements, change requests, and current features.
