POSITION Microsoft Exchange EXPERIENCE 4 - 8 Years RESPONSIBLITIES EXCHANGE ONLINE & IDENTITY • Administer and maintain the Exchange Online environment, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. • Provision, deprovision, and manage user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes. • Manage Microsoft 365 groups, distribution lists, and mail-enabled security groups. • Conduct periodic license usage reviews and optimize license allocation. • Review and update mail flow rules; analyze Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs) to resolve routing issues. • Troubleshoot complex email delivery issues, manage junk/spam submissions, and maintain domain allow lists/safelists. • Review and maintain retention policies; manage and support eDiscovery requests, including FINRA-related investigations. • Manage and maintain Entra ID (Azure AD) user identities, attributes, and access. • Review and fine-tune Conditional Access (CA) policies; monitor sign-in logs for anomalies and security risks. • Monitor mailbox storage capacity and archive utilization.
