Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer- Dc High Tech City,Hyderabad Job Location: Hyderabad, High Tech City Job Type: Full Time Experience: 4-10 Years The Design Engineer is responsible for creating and developing detailed designs for MEP systems, ensuring they meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and innovative solutions for diverse projects. Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibility Areas Responsibilities 1. Design Development: Develop detailed designs for respective systems (Electrical, ELV, HVAC, PHE & FF) including layouts, schematics, calculations, and equipment selection. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, operational efficiency, and energy performance. 2. Technical Documentation: Prepare and review design documents such as BOQs, technical submittals, equipment specifications, and material requisitions. Create and maintain design checklists, ensuring completeness and compliance. 3. Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, structural teams, and other MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration of designs. Address technical queries from internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients. 4. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Conduct self-checks and peer reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of designs. Ensure all designs meet health, safety, and environmental standards. 5. Technical Support: Provide design-related support to procurement, site execution teams, and subcontractors. Assist in resolving design-related issues during execution and commissioning stages. 6. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions and process improvements. Stay updated with advancements in technology, materials, and industry practices.
