Working hours: 8am - 5pm; Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time: 40+ OT is expected

Scope of Position:

• Candidate will have responsibility across a wide variety of semiconductor / MEMs processes including thin film depositions, wet etching, photolithography.
• Candidate will work with the engineering team to qualify new equipment, execute experiments, modify equipment and process.
• Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing experiments including equipment setup, change management, experiment tracking and data collection.

Required Education: BS or related prior work experience

Required Skills:

• Cleanroom experience, wet etch, deposition
• Fluids handling; wet and dry processes
• Equipment modifications, build

Desired Skills:

• Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE
• Clean room protocols. Fabrication of thin film structures or devices.
• Demonstrated small team/lab leadership experience.
• Design of Experiments and execution

Manager must Haves:

• Fluids handling; wet and dry processes
• Equipment modifications, build
• Experience with the scientific process
