About the role
Field Application Engineer (FAE) Test & Measurement Instruments With ambitious expansion plans, Integrated Services & Consultancy (ISC), is seeking a motivated engineering professional with 36 years of experience in Test & Measurement Instruments to support its growing portfolio for electronics, embedded, industrial, and electrical system validation. The role covers pre-sales and post-sales technical support The FAE will play a key role in supporting customers by providing technical expertise throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle. This position requires a strong understanding of Test & Measurement Instrumentation, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with customers to understand their application requirements and recommend effective technical solutions. Experience 36 years - Minimum 3 years of handson technical support experience with Test & Measurement Instruments. The role involves providing pre-sales, installation, demonstration, training, and post-sales technical support while working closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, support customer applications, and grow business in the assigned territory Candidates with prior experience in leading T&M brands such as Tektronix, Agilent/Keysight, GW Instek, Fluke, Rohde & Schwarz, Yokogawa, Hioki, ITECH, Chroma, Rigol, Siglent, and similar principals, channel partners working or their authorized distributors will be preferred. Qualification Degree in one of the following disciplines: Electrical EngineeringElectronics EngineeringInstrumentation Engineering Job Profile / Responsibilities Technical support experience with experience with Test & Measurement Instruments, like power supplies, electronic loads, DSOs, DAQs, battery testers, power analyzers, safety testers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, microscopes, and rework systemsProvide presales, installation and postsales technical support for Test & Measurement Instruments to help the sales team achieve assigned sales targets.Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate instruments and solutions.Deliver confident, wellstructured product presentations and demonstrations to customers in meetings, seminars, webinars and workshops.Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new opportunities and enquiries in the assigned territory.Prepare and submit accurate, timely and uptodate technical reports, visit reports and activity updates.Proactively plan and execute travel to other cities within the assigned territory to support customers and sales activities.
