Technical Customer Support P17

You will be responsible for providing Advanced Vibration Analysis remotely using internal diagnostic software. Your duties will include timely reporting of vibration analysis findings and recommendations to customers, offering troubleshooting support, solving equipment problems by evaluating vibration spectrum and time waveform, and seeking the best technical solution by collaborating with other technical resources. Additionally, you will be required to maintain vibration databases, work with plant personnel to develop equipment maintenance strategies related to vibration analysis monitoring, provide call out coverage (remote) when necessary, assist with failure analysis of rotating equipment to determine root causes of failure, and offer oversight and mentoring to less experienced Vibration Technicians. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of a High School Diploma / Degree equivalent - 4 or more years of experience in vibration discipline, specifically in solving machine problems using vibration analysis - ISO Category II / III Certification from an Accredited Certification Provider (Vibration Institute, Mobius, Technical Associates, etc.) - Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working around rotating equipment - Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends / holidays - Willingness to travel as required Please note: The company is a diverse team of 17,000 individuals, united by a dynamic, inclusive culture.
