About the role
As a Manager UI/UX Designer with 13+ years of relevant experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Role Overview: You will champion principles of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis. Additionally, you will be developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with style guides and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: - Apply knowledge of designing in an Agile environment - Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and sitemaps - Create high-fidelity mockups and UI assets - Define visual design principles, typography, and interaction design - Recommend modern navigation patterns and information architecture - Collaborate with engineering teams for accurate design implementation - Lead UI/UX strategy across products and platforms - Mentor and guide junior designers - Oversee and evolve the design system/library for consistency - Define and track UX success metrics - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or related field - 812 years of UI/UX design experience, with 35 years in leadership role - Strong command of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD - Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis - Leadership experience in guiding design teams and collaborating with stakeholders - Knowledge in front-end development technologies and design-to-dev handoff tools - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving the UI/UX strategy, influencing product design, and leading design workshops and sessions. Your expertise in user-centered design principles, leadership abilities, and technical skills will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience across various platforms.
