VP - Engineering Manager

As an experienced Engineering Manager, your role will involve leading and managing a team of software engineers to ensure timely and successful project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product roadmaps, as well as develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and mitigating risks, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and continuously improving engineering processes and practices.
