Role Overview: You will be an experienced Electro-Mechanical Designer with expertise in SolidWorks and Electrical Systems, contributing to the development of next-generation clean energy solutions. Your responsibilities will include mechanical packaging, electrical integration, and design-to-manufacturing activities for large-scale energy server systems. Key Responsibilities: - Create complex 3D models, assemblies, and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks. - Design electrical routing, wire harnesses, and control panel layouts. - Develop and maintain BOMs, technical drawings, and engineering documentation. - Collaborate with electrical and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure designs meet thermal, structural, and safety requirements. - Integrate electrical components such as sensors, breakers, and power electronics into mechanical enclosures/chassis. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards such as UL, IEEE, and NEC. - Support prototype development, manufacturing, and product release activities. Qualification Required: - Minimum 6+ years of experience in a hardware-centric engineering environment. - Expert proficiency in SolidWorks (Routing or Electrical modules preferred). - Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and electrical component integration. - Experience in renewable energy, power generation, industrial equipment, or similar domains is highly preferred. - Positive knowledge of fabrication processes, sheet metal, and enclosure design. - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
