About the job: Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Offshore AgentOps & DevSecOps Engineer to design, secure, deploy, and operate AI agents and cloudnative applications at scale. This role blends Agent Operations (LLM/AI Agents) with DevSecOps best practices, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant delivery across environments.The ideal candidate has strong expertise in AI agent lifecycle management, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security automation, while collaborating closely with offshore and onshore teams. Key ResponsibilitiesAgentOps (AI / LLM Operations)Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI agents, LLM pipelines, and agentic workflows in production.Implement versioning, observability, logging, and performance monitoring for AI agents.Manage prompt lifecycle, model evaluation, fallback mechanisms, and agent governance.Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost optimization of agent-based systems.Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources securely.DevSecOpsDesign and implement secure CI/CD pipelines with embedded security checks.Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).Implement SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets management, and container security.Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.Perform vulnerability assessments, remediation, and security hardening.Cloud & Platform EngineeringManage workloads across AWS / Azure / GCP environments.Deploy and manage Docker, Kubernetes, and service meshes.Implement monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog.Optimize system reliability through HA, DR, and resiliency best practices.Collaboration & OperationsWork closely with AI engineers, product teams, and security teams.Provide operational support, incident response, and root-cause analysis.Lead offshore execution and ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.Document processes, runbooks, and architectural designs. Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong hands-on experience in DevSecOps practices and tools.Experience with AI/LLM platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Golang.Expertise in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and zerotrust principles.Experience with containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of API security, OAuth, secrets management (Vault, KMS) Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: have minimum 5 years of experience are Computer Science Engineering students Salary: Competitive salary Experience: 5 year(s) Deadline: 2026-10-28 23:59:59
