Key Responsibilities: - Automate Middle Office Ops by developing intelligent software for trade operations, reconciliations, portfolio pricing, and P&L workflows. - Drive AI Innovations by leading requirement gathering and feature planning for AI-based NAV oversight and exception detection applications. - Own Regulatory Automation by streamlining data pipelines for international regulatory reporting like SEC Form N-MFP. - Bridge Tech & Ops by translating financial workflows into User Stories, managing product backlog, and driving agile sprint delivery. Qualifications Required: - Must currently reside in Mumbai and be comfortable commuting to Andheri East on hybrid days. - Deep knowledge of Hedge Fund / Private Equity middle office operations, trade lifecycles, and fund accounting (US GAAP/IFRS). - Proven track record as a Business Analyst/Product Owner within Alternative Investments Tech. - Familiarity with data validation pipelines, DataMarts, and financial terminals like Bloomberg/Reuters. - Prior exposure to AI-native fintech products, automated data matching, or digital transformation projects.
