Hiring: Release/DevOps Engineers(with a dash of Integration Engineer) | Pune Hybrid If coordinating releases, taming integrations, and preventing last-minute production meltdowns is your idea of fun — congratulations, this role might be your calling. We're looking for someone who knows the software development lifecycle better than their coffee order and can juggle tools, teams, timelines, and technical chaos without breaking a sweat. You'll join our distributed automotive team, planning software integrations, owning release cycles, managing version control, maintaining documentation (yes, actual readable docs), and improving processes because there is always something that can be improved. Must-Have Skills (non-negotiable, unlike meeting times): – 3+ years in software engineering – 2+ years as a DevOps/Release Engineer – Strong understanding of SDLC + Release Management – Good grasp of software testing basics (no, I tested on my machine doesn't count) – Hands-on with Jenkins, Ansible, Docker , and Git – Experience with configuration management – Solid understanding of Agile + CI/CD principles – Good OS/platform knowledge – Detail-oriented (like REALLY), excellent troubleshooting, and ability to meet strict schedules Nice-To-Have (bonus bragging rights): Atlassian tools, ServiceNow, QA experience, Release/Config Management expertise Your Day-to-Day Reality: – Release applications on time (preferably without fires) – Maintain release notes, installation guides & config docs – Own release planning, strategies, and milestone coordination – Manage branches, merges, versioning & code sanity – Work with QA on testing, deployment validation & rollback plans – Oversee configuration, environments & CI pipelines – Identify process improvements and automate what humans shouldn't do – Participate in incident/change management & keep systems stable – Tune build systems with DevOps to keep everything running faster and smoother Why Join At Intellias, tech leads the mission but people lead the culture.
