About the role
Job Summary We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Automation using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure, and AI-driven automation to develop scalable business solutions and streamline enterprise workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Business Process Automation: - Analyse and understand business processes to identify opportunities for automation. - Design, develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate. - Develop custom connectors and integrate third-party services to enhance automation capabilities. - Power Platform Development: - Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps. - Create data models, workflows, and user interfaces that meet business requirements. - Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services such as Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, etc. - Copilot Studio Agent Development - Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents using Copilot Studio to automate business processes and enhance user experiences. - Integrate Copilot agents with Power Platform and other enterprise systems. - Continuously improving agent capabilities based on user feedback and business needs. - AI Integration: - Incorporate AI and machine learning models into Power Platform solutions to enhance functionality. - Develop and implement AI-driven features such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and image recognition, etc. - Collaboration and Communication: - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and IT professionals. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of developed solutions. Preferred Skills - Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure AI Services - CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git - Agile/Scrum - Microsoft Graph API, Dynamics 365 - Microsoft Power Platform Certification Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Business Process Automation.
