Senior Java Developer (Java / Azure)

Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Azure Cloud, and Azure Cosmos DB . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8+ , Spring Boot , and Microservices . Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party applications. Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure . Work with Azure Cosmos DB and optimize application performance. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices. Troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and ensure application quality. Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams in an Agile environment. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and solution design. Required Technical Skills Java 8 or above Spring Boot & Spring Framework Microservices Architecture RESTful Web Services Microsoft Azure Azure Cosmos DB SQL & Database Design Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Design Patterns Git, Maven/Gradle JUnit/Mockito CI/CD Concepts Good to Have Skills Apache Kafka Azure Service Bus Docker & Kubernetes Azure DevOps Redis Cache SonarQube Team Leadership or Technical Mentoring Required Soft Skills Excellent communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team Strong ownership and accountability Positive attitude and mentoring skills Education & Certifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc.). Master's Degree (MCA/M.Tech or equivalent) is preferred. Microsoft Certifications such as Azure Developer Associate , Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) , or Azure Solutions Architect are highly preferred. Oracle Certified Java Professional (OCJP) certification is an added advantage. Note: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
