Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a .NET Full Stack Developer with Kafka and MongoDB expertise, based in Bengaluru South with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications using .NET technologies, implementing APIs, and ensuring robust integration with Kafka-based messaging systems and MongoDB databases. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and participate in code reviews and testing to ensure quality and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, implementing security and scalability best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling. The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders and active participation in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Qualifications Strong proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) and experience building full stack web applications. Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (such as Angular, React, or similar), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Practical knowledge of Kafka for event-driven architectures, message streaming, and system integration. Experience working with MongoDB for data modeling, queries, performance tuning, and integration with .NET applications. Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and integration with distributed systems. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework. Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following secure coding and performance best practices. .
