About the role
As a senior R&D team leader at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading a full-stack engineering team and expanding our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) activities to large enterprise scale. You will be responsible for mentoring and building a team of skilled developers to drive the core activities of IGA. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a full-stack engineering team - Expand IGA activities to large enterprise scale - Manage highly skilled developers and influence them - Ensure code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance - Be an SME on Identity access management (IAM) and IGA - Work with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline - Have experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Demonstrate self-learning ability and thorough understanding of complex systems - Be proactive, goal-oriented, and an innovator in problem-solving - Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills Qualifications Required: - At least 8+ years of experience as an R&D team leader - 8+ years of experience in Python/Go/Node/Ruby/Java/C# - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, and MongoDB - Experience in enterprise-scale application development in a cloud/SaaS environment - Familiarity with software security and networking aspects As a standout candidate, you will have experience in ramping up activities and teams from scratch, a keen sense of ownership, and a drive for constant improvement.
