NOC Lead

Job Description: NOC Lead Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) Experience: 10–15 Years Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the NOC team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime across systems Investigate, contain, and remediate security incidents Perform advanced troubleshooting using tools like ping, traceroute, netstat, Wireshark Manage and optimize network access control mechanisms Work on incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution within SLAs Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure improvements Ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks Experience : Technical Skills Required Networking & Protocols Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking Experience with protocols: DHCP, DNS, NTP, VPN, QoS Understanding of common network protocols and services Routing & WAN Technologies Hands-on experience with: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP MPLS, SD-WAN Label Switching & Traffic Engineering Security & Compliance Knowledge of Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Authentication mechanisms Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST standards Experience in handling and resolving security incidents Tools & Troubleshooting Expertise in: Wireshark Netstat Traceroute / Ping Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Interested candidates, please share your profile to [HIDDEN TEXT]
