Role: Technical Business Analyst Experience: 5+ Years Location: Chennai Business Analyst experience in enterprise technology projects; e-commerce experience preferred. Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and writing Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications. Proficient in BPMN, process flows, UML, sequence diagrams, REST APIs, and API documentation. Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into implementation-ready technical solutions. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. SAP Hybris knowledge preferred, with experience in Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery. Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
