About the role
You will be responsible for owning the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare products at Interactly.Ai. This will involve balancing user needs, clinical realities, and AI capabilities, and driving the product from discovery to launch by collaborating with engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI healthcare products. - Own conversational AI and Voice AI product experiences across patient touchpoints. - Translate customer, clinical, and market needs into well-scoped product requirements. - Lead discovery, validation, and prioritization grounded in data and research. - Partner with engineering and design on high-impact, user-centric features. - Drive product launches end-to-end; own KPIs and success metrics. - Stay current on AI/LLM capabilities and responsibly apply them to healthcare workflows. - Navigate healthcare compliance (HIPAA, etc.) in product decisions. - Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders and founders. - Drive agile/SDLC practices across the product development lifecycle. - Coordinate cross-functional teams on prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery. Requirements: - 47 years of product management experience; AI/ML or data-driven products preferred. - Healthcare, digital health, or health-tech domain experience. - Solid understanding of building with AI/LLM capabilities and limitations. - Proven track record of shipping products from concept to launch. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills. - Data-informed decision-making and experimentation abilities. - Healthcare regulatory and privacy familiarity, including HIPAA compliance. - Startup mindset, high ownership, and AI-first working style. Nice-to-Have: - Conversational AI, agents, or voice product experience. - Clinical stakeholder or care team engagement experience. - Technical background or collaboration with ML teams. - SDLC/agile maturity and product development best practices at scale.
