Business/QA Analyst

As an experienced QA Automation Analyst, your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining robust automated test suites across web, API, and enterprise application layers. You will collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle, enabling faster delivery with confidence. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework, Playwright, and Selenium for web and Cloud based applications. - Create and manage modular, reusable test libraries and keyword-driven / data-driven test frameworks. - Develop end-to-end (E2E), regression, smoke, and sanity test suites for complex application workflows. - Continuously enhance test coverage, reliability, and execution speed of the automation suite. - Design and execute comprehensive API test cases covering REST and SOAP services using Robot Framework's Requests Library. - Plan and conduct load tests using tools like JMeter and collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to address performance issues. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation. - Proficiency in Robot Framework with experience in custom libraries and keyword-driven tests. - Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for modern browser automation and Selenium WebDriver. - Experience in API testing, load testing, Salesforce, ServiceNow application testing, JIRA, Jenkins pipelines, and GitHub. - Good scripting skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with BDD frameworks, containerized test execution, cloud platforms, and database testing concepts. You will also actively participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to testing standards and best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance test efficiency.
