About the role
As a part of the Digital Technology Solutions team at IFF, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the ERP suite of applications. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire lifecycle of the ERP systems, from day-to-day operations to strategic improvements. You will act as the key liaison between the business organization and IT outsourcing partners, ensuring smooth operations and driving continuous enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the ERP suite of applications, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic improvements - Act as a change manager, driving operational rituals and owning the ERP release calendar - Identify and drive improvements based on feedback from stakeholders and SMEs, prioritizing enhancements and ensuring optimal utilization of enhancement hours - Conduct process training sessions for SMEs and outsourcing partners, ensuring SLA compliance and monitoring service performance metrics Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration - Minimum of 10-12 years of experience working in SAP environments, including systems like S/4HANA and ECC6.0 - Strong understanding and working experience with ITIL processes and vendor management within Application support - Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, application monitoring software, and incident management systems - Excellent communication skills in English, essential for managing stakeholder relationships effectively At IFF, you will be part of a multinational and supportive environment where your work truly matters.
