Role Overview: As a Jira Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Core. You will also be involved in configuring and maintaining projects, workflows, schemes, screens, issue types, and permissions. Additionally, you will customize dashboards, filters, and reports to cater to different stakeholders' needs. Supporting Agile teams and troubleshooting Jira-related issues to provide L2/L3 support will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Core. - Configure and maintain projects, workflows, schemes, screens, issue types, and permissions. - Manage user access, roles, groups, and security schemes. - Customize dashboards, filters, and reports for various stakeholders. - Support Agile teams with Scrum & Kanban boards, backlogs, and sprints. - Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide L2/L3 support. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Atlassian Administrator. - Strong expertise in Jira (Software & Service Management) and Confluence. - Experience with workflow customization, permission schemes, and automation. - Good understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies. - Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps (e.g., ScriptRunner, Tempo, Insight/Assets). - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
