Senior ServiceNow Application Engineer / Lead SME Healthcare

You will be responsible for designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions for healthcare clients at InterScripts, driving digital transformation, workflow automation, and compliant IT operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing ServiceNow solutions using App Engine, Scoped Apps, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub - Configuring modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM - Leading ITSM implementations aligned with ITIL practices - Integrating with EHR systems like Epic/Cerner, HL7/FHIR, and clinical platforms - Automating workflows across patient services, clinical, and HR operations - Implementing AI capabilities like Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence - Managing CMDB & asset lifecycle including clinical devices and IT assets - Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, GxP, and FDA regulations - Acting as a subject matter expert, client-facing lead, and mentor Qualifications required for this role: - 512+ years of ServiceNow experience - Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, App Engine, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs - Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub - Healthcare domain knowledge including Epic/Cerner, HL7/FHIR, HIPAA, and GxP If you join InterScripts, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact healthcare transformation projects, gain exposure to global clients and modern digital platforms, and have a clear growth path into Architect / Program Lead roles.
