Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Work mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week) No Work From Home / No Hybrid Shift Timings: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the EpicCare Ambulatory module. This role involves collaborating with physicians, clinicians, operational stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams to improve outpatient clinical workflows and deliver high-quality patient care solutions. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and support the EpicCare Ambulatory application. Gather, analyze, and document business and clinical requirements from ambulatory care stakeholders. Design, build, test, validate, and deploy EpicCare Ambulatory enhancements and system changes. Support outpatient clinical workflows, provider documentation, patient encounters, order management, and clinical decision support. Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support. Participate in Epic implementations, system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and enhancement projects. Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop and maintain build documentation, workflow diagrams, technical specifications, and user documentation. Collaborate with other Epic application analysts to ensure seamless integration with MyChart, Cadence, Prelude, Orders, and other Epic modules. Ensure all configurations comply with Epic best practices, organisational standards, and healthcare regulations. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience with the EpicCare Ambulatory module. EpicCare Ambulatory Certification is mandatory. Experience in Epic build, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support. Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows, provider documentation, patient care processes, and ambulatory operations. Experience supporting integrated Epic clinical applications. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Mandatory Requirements EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (Mandatory) Minimum 3 years of relevant EpicCare Ambulatory experience Excellent communication skills. Willing to work 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST (Eastern Time Shift). Must work from the Hyderabad, Telangana, India office (5 days per week). Strictly Work From Office No Work From Home or Hybrid. Candidates who can join immediately or are currently serving a 15-20 day notice period will be given preference. Preferred Skills Experience in U.S. healthcare environments. Knowledge of ambulatory clinic operations, outpatient workflows, clinical documentation, and patient care processes. Experience integrating EpicCare Ambulatory with MyChart, Cadence, Prelude, Orders, and other Epic modules. Understanding of Epic implementation methodology and healthcare interoperability.
