Oversee daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity targets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective manpower handling and shift planning. Implement kaizen initiatives to improve process efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with safety protocols (5S system) and maintain a clean working environment.
