About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build and improve ML/AI features for interview evaluation, resume screening, candidate ranking, and feedback generation. 2. Work with LLMs for prompt engineering, structured outputs, interview report generation, and JD-resume matching. 3. Develop NLP pipelines to process resumes, job descriptions, interview transcripts, and candidate responses. 4. Support computer vision/video analysis for interview signals such as posture, eye contact, facial expressions, and attention. 5. Build and integrate APIs using FastAPI for ML model and LLM workflows. 6. Use Docker to package, deploy, and run ML services. 7. Optimize AI workflows for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost. 8. Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to expose AI insights inside the product.
