Shift Timing : 07:00 AM to 04:30 PM (Monday to Friday) Job Location : Ambawadi,Ahmedabad About the Role: We're looking for a Leadership role candidate focused with Agentic AI who is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving technical excellence, and delivering meaningful business outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead one or more developer teams across website development, platform initiatives, and client delivery engagements. Own technical execution, architecture alignment, delivery planning, code quality, and release readiness. Participate in architecture reviews, solution design, technical planning, code reviews, and complex implementation discussions. Guide teams in building scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions. Drive the adoption of AI-native website development practices, including AI coding assistants and coding agents such as Claude Code and similar tools. Partner closely with Developers, Designers & QA to translate business goals into successful outcomes. Mentor and develop the technical team through coaching, performance management, career development, and leadership enablement. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience leading Development teams as a Lead, Senior level AI Expertise job role. Strong hands-on expertise in website development, architecture, debugging, code quality, and delivery execution. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Client-facing delivery and stakeholder management experience required.
