Technical Delivery Manager

About the Job We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead and mentor our Development and QA teams, ensure project alignment with business goals, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvements. As a primary client-facing role, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience handling complex projects, and expertise in software development and QA methodologies. As Technical Delivery Manager, You Will Manage, mentor, and support Development Leads, QA Leads, Developers, and Analysts. Align project priorities with business objectives and resource capacity. Monitor program progress, timelines, and quality metrics. Collaborate with client stakeholders to provide project status updates and manage expectations. Drive continuous improvements in development and QA processes. Establish governance, reporting standards, and escalation mechanisms. Oversee the integration of automation, development, and manual testing across projects. Provide leadership support in recruitment, team building, and career development As a Technical Delivery Manager, You Need 8+ years of overall experience in software development, QA, and project/program management. Prior experience managing development and QA teams. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred. PMP/CSM or similar certifications are a plus. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven program management experience handling large teams and complex projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, project management tools (e.g., JIRA), and CI/CD.
