As a Senior UX/UI Designer at our company, your primary role will involve leading the end-to-end UX design process for both web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for creating intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns that enhance usability and user satisfaction. Your expertise in user-centered design principles will play a crucial role in solving complex problems and ensuring the delivery of visually compelling digital products. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research to high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes. - Create intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns. - Design visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. - Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components. - Create interactive prototypes and design assets using Figma. - Design interfaces that meet ADA and accessibility standards. - Present design concepts, prototypes, and rationale to stakeholders. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design roles. - Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work. - Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive design. - Knowledge of ADA / WCAG accessibility standards. - Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, OR equivalent professional experience. In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Your attention to detail and passion for user-centered design will be essential in this role.
