Detail Engineer

Job Description (General Summary)

This position is responsible for preparing detailed drawings & BOM for production manufacturing of conveying systems sold through China and the other regions. The successful candidate will be able to work in a multi-cultural team environment providing engineering recommendations in support of the different teams sales initiatives.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Job Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D drawings of parts and assemblies Create and maintain bill of materials and other technical documentation Create, store and modify CAD data and project information in PLM system if needed Deliver drawings and documents on time and with high quality Technical support and coordination during production of mechanical parts Work with engineering teams around the globe.

Requirements: 2-5 years related working experience

Native Mandarin Chinese and good English language skills College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or relative engineering degree Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD & Inventor, Solidworks Cero or similar 2D/3D CAD software Good knowledge of Mechanical / Sheet Metal Process / Welding Process Proficient with commonly used GD&T concepts Familiarity with common Microsoft office software Occasional work on weekends or national holidays Diligent to learn, willing to take challenge A self-managed individual who is a team player. Preferred Qualifications: Be familiar with ANSI / ASME, GB, DIN, ISO specifications that is relevant to mechanical drawings WindChill or other similar PLM knowledge
