Draughtsman Mech

Job Title: Mechanical Draughtsman Location - Pirangut Pune Experience 1-3 Years Qualification Draughtsman (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Certification in AutoCAD or similar CAD software is preferred. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Draughtsman to prepare accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings for manufacturing and engineering projects. The candidate will work closely with the design and production teams to develop detailed drawings, assemblies, and fabrication documents while ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and modify 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software. Create layouts and assemblies for mechanical components and systems. Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and BOMs. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain drawing revisions. Ensure drawings comply with company standards and engineering specifications. Coordinate with design engineers, production, and quality teams to resolve drawing-related issues. Maintain proper documentation and drawing records and version control. Required Skills Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and CATIA software proficiency is mandatory Strong ability to read and understand mechanical drawing Sound Knowledge of 2D and 3D drafting Understanding of manufacturing processes Strong attention to detail , accuracy and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently in a team.
