What you'll bring BE in Computer Science/MS and equivalent work-related experience 7 plus years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products. Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 12-14 years of hands on software development experience Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS and/or mobile technologies. Solid software development fundamentals (Data Structures, algorithms, problem solving, OO Design, and system architecture) with specialization on end-to-end software development using modern SaaS / public cloud deployments with a DevOps mindset Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Proven ability to work well with partner teams to deploy joint solutions.
