VP – Unified Communication Lead

Job Description We are looking for a Unified Communication Lead to support the strategic direction and integration of UC solutions across a global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice, video, messaging, and collaboration tools, ensuring seamless communication and compliance with security standards. Responsibility: Develop and implement a UC strategy aligned with organizational goals. Lead the design and deployment of UC systems, including Microsoft Teams and Cisco CUCM. Ensure compliance with regulatory security standards and optimize UC system performance. Collaborate with IT teams for integration of UC solutions with business applications. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging UC technologies. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Unified Communications solutions. Expertise in Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and Cisco UC technologies. Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, and network security protocols. Experience integrating UC systems with third-party applications. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technology adoption.
