Job Title: Senior Specialist Business Partner (Vendor & Customer) | SAP MDM Job Description: The Senior Specialist Business Partner (Vendor & Customer) will serve as an individual contributor within the Data Assets & Digital Products team, supporting global Master Data Management and Digital Transformation initiatives. This role focuses on Business Partner governance, including vendor and customer harmonization, enrichment, cleansing, deactivation strategies, and continuous improvement of BP data models, workflows, and data quality across enterprise platforms. You will design and manage data workflows and drive robust data quality and compliance with internal and external data regulations, policies, and procedures (GXP, SOX, PII), supporting the Kenvue Operations organization and Digital Transformation. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain Business Partner data models, workflows, and templatesManage vendor and customer lifecycle: creation, enrichment, harmonization, and deactivationDrive vendor harmonization and consolidation across geographiesLead vendor/customer enrichment and data quality improvement initiativesApply strong knowledge of BP governance workflows and validationsCoordinate testing, error handling, data conversion/validation, audit/compliance actions (NC/CAPA), and SLAsMonitor, analyze, and communicate data quality; identify gaps and recommend improvementsServe as key point of contact to functional partners on Master Data and processesFacilitate continuous improvement of data design, process, and templatesPrepare metrics, dashboards, and tracking for departmental operationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree6 to 8 years of overall professional experience4+ years of experience in Master Data Management on large ERP platforms (e.g., MDG)Strong understanding of Vendor, Customer, and Material Master data domainsHands-on experience with vendor/customer harmonization, enrichment, cleansing, and deactivationSolid knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance requirements (GXP, SOX, PII)Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANAStrong analytical skills with SQL and PythonAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsDesired Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)Experience on global ERP implementations or transformationsExposure to Databricks, Power BI, or similar data platforms and visualization toolsFamiliarity with JIRA / DevOps tools and Confluence Apply: hello@intverse.com or hireme@intverse.io Company Description IntVerse.io provides integration services that help organizations connect systems, data, and applications to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
