Senior Design Architect

Role Overview: As a Lead Architect based in Lucknow, you will be responsible for leading and guiding architectural design projects, overseeing software development and system integrations, and ensuring seamless implementation of technical solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with project teams, managing timelines, and delivering architectural solutions that meet project requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in high-level decision-making and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Architecture Department including team management and deliverables - Manage Industrial, Commercial & Residential projects effectively - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and serve as a key point of contact - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and obtain approvals - Coordinate with Structural/MEP/PMC teams for project coordination - Perform final review of drawings including GFC, Working, and Detailing stages - Ensure quality, timelines, and execution alignment for all projects Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field (Consultancy background preferred) - Strong exposure to Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects - Expertise in planning, detailing, and execution support - Proficient in AutoCAD (must), Revit/SketchUp preferred Additional Company Details: The company is located in Lucknow and requires on-site presence for this role.
