Position Overview Infor LN Functional Lead We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Functional Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in guiding our implementation and optimization efforts, ensuring that our Infor LN system aligns with business objectives and enhances operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead the functional design and implementation of Infor LN modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Provide expert guidance on Infor LN best practices and functionalities. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the Infor LN environment. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance. Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Stay updated on Infor LN updates and industry trends to recommend enhancements. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 8 to 10 years of experience in Infor LN functional roles. Strong knowledge of Infor LN modules and functionalities. Proven experience in project management and system implementation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Relevant certifications in Infor LN are a plus.
