Basic Router Configuration and network Troubleshooting Monitor Network infrastructure and provide L1 Network support Manage CISCO routing, switching and WAN technologies and network services leverage tools Handle incident/Task related to network by following process and standard. Hands on troubleshooting experience in enterprise WAN environment Remote management and monitoring of network operations Coordinate with Various telecommunication services providers (ISP) to resolve circuit problem To open ticket with OEM and coordinate with OEM for replacement and regular updates to stakeholders Daily call summary preparation Network devices IOS upgradation Basic understanding of network management protocols like SNMP, SSH, Syslog Customer Handling.
