Tech Lead (JAVA/Spring Core/Hibernate) WFH

Role Overview: As a Developer, you will be responsible for developing custom layer code based on the solution designed while following standard coding practices. It is essential to adhere to committed delivery timelines and share status updates with supervisors promptly. You will also interact with customers for issue analysis and resolution related to the product and interfaces developed. In addition, you will be involved in issue/log analysis, fixing, and creating re-usable components. Key Responsibilities: - Develop custom layer code based on solution design - Adhere to committed delivery timelines - Share status updates with supervisors - Interact with customers for issue analysis and resolution - Conduct issue/log analysis and fixing - Innovate and create re-usable components Qualifications Required: - Education: B. Tech/MCA - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of reporting tools like JASPER - Hands-on experience in Core Java (Threading, Collections, Exception handling) - Strong understanding of OOPs concepts - Familiarity with JSP, Spring Core, MVC, Hibernate, J Query - Basic knowledge of SQL and PLSQL - Experience in writing and maintaining unit test cases - Understanding of technical architecture - Proficiency in log analysis, L1/L2 support - Experience in custom layer development Location: Noida (currently WFH) Compensation: The compensation offered will be commensurate with your experience and technical skills.
