You will be working as a Senior Product Analyst at Loop Health, where you will play a crucial role in driving data-informed decisions throughout the product development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams to identify improvement opportunities, define key metrics, and create insightful dashboards. Your analysis will directly influence the user experience, product strategy, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product features and initiatives to assess their success and pinpoint areas for enhancement. - Perform detailed data analysis to comprehend user behavior, identify pain points, and discover possibilities for product innovation. - Work closely with product managers to establish and prioritize product requirements based on data insights and market trends. - Develop and manage dashboards and reports to offer stakeholders real-time visibility into product performance. - Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product features. - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Proactively identify and investigate data anomalies to maintain data accuracy and integrity. Qualification Required: - Demonstrated proficiency in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets using SQL (MySQL preferred). - Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards utilizing tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Background in product analytics, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science. - Ability to excel in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
