About the Role We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join our Technology Consulting practice. This role focuses on global rollouts, template-driven implementations, and ongoing application support , helping clients standardize and optimize supply chain processes across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities Participate in end-to-end global rollouts of D365 F&O SCM modules across regions and legal entities. Collaborate with global business stakeholders to gather and validate supply chain requirements. Support global template design, localization, and deployment . Configure and implement SCM modules such as: Inventory Management Procurement & Sourcing Sales & Distribution Warehouse Management (WMS) Transportation Management (TMS) Master Planning / Demand Planning Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend scalable, standardized solutions. Support data migration, SIT/UAT testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities . Provide post-go-live hypercare and L2/L3 support . Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets aligned with SLA/KPI expectations . Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Technical) for integrations and enhancements. Ensure smooth execution of order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes. Support inventory closing, demand planning, and replenishment processes . Ensure compliance with local regulations and global supply chain standards . Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge assets. Required Skills & Experience 1014 years of experience ** in D365 F&O SCM Modules**. Proven experience in global rollout and support projects . Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (P2P, O2C, inventory, planning). Experience in multi-site, multi-warehouse, and intercompany supply chain operations . Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management (advanced WMS preferred) . Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF) and data migration strategies. Knowledge of integrations (Data entities, APIs, Power Platform) . Experience in production support (L2/L3), incident management, and SLA adherence . Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field. Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM certification(s). Experience in global template strategy and multi-country rollouts . Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Power Automate . Exposure to Manufacturing / Retail / Distribution industries .
