D365 F&O Technical Lead Consultant - Immediate Joiners only

About the Role We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Technical Consultant to join our Technology Consulting practice. This role focuses on global rollouts, technical design, integrations, and application support , enabling large-scale ERP transformation programs across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities Participate in end-to-end global rollouts of D365 F&O across regions and legal entities. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support global template development, extensions, and deployment . Design, develop, and maintain customizations using: X++ development Extensions (not overlayering) Forms, Reports, Classes, Tables Develop and manage integrations using: Data Entities OData / REST APIs Logic Apps / Azure Services Dual-write / Dataverse (if applicable) Handle data migration activities using Data Management Framework (DMF). Support SIT, UAT, performance testing, and go-live activities . Provide post-go-live hypercare and L2/L3 support . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Manage code deployments using Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, version control) . Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines . Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and continuous improvements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge artifacts. Required Skills & Experience 78 years of experience ** in D365 F&O Technical**. Strong expertise in X++ development and D365 extension framework . Proven experience in global rollout and support projects . Hands-on experience with integrations (OData, APIs, Azure services, middleware) . Strong experience with Data Management Framework (DMF) and data migration. Experience in production support (L2/L3), incident management, and SLA adherence . Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and code management . Understanding of security, performance tuning, and batch job management . Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical certification(s). Experience in global template architecture and rollout strategy . Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) . Experience with Dual-write, Dataverse, and integrations with other Microsoft products .
