About the role
Role & responsibilities 1 . Set, optimize, and control injection molding processes 2. roubleshoot molding defects and ensure process stability & quality. 3 . Support new mold trials, NPD, PPAP, and mass production 4 . Monitor cycle time, rejection, productivity, and OEE. 5. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC requirement 6. Maintain process documents, SOPs, and safety standards.
