Network Operations Engineer Mohali, India Up to 15,00,000/- per annum (depending on experience) iO Associates is looking for a Network Operations Engineer to join a well-established global organisation with a large-scale enterprise IT environment. You'll play a key role in monitoring, maintaining and improving the performance, availability and security of critical network and server infrastructure within a 24/7 operation. What you'll be doing Monitor network and server infrastructure, responding proactively to alerts and incidentsTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, escalating where requiredPerform server administration, patching and scheduled maintenanceManage incidents through ServiceNow, ensuring accurate documentation and root cause analysisWork closely with Infrastructure, Network and Security teams to maintain high service availabilityIdentify opportunities to improve system performance and operational processes What we're looking for 5+ years' experience within a Network Operations Centre (NOC) or similar IT Operations environmentCCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Administrator or similar certifications.Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP)Experience supporting Windows Server and/or Linux environmentsHands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools and ServiceNowStrong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skillsWillingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation where you'll have the chance to work with enterprise-scale infrastructure and contribute to the stability and continuous improvement of critical IT services.
