About the role
As a Sr. UX Designer with 5-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading a team and being hands-on in various UX activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong UX skills including research, usability, user journey mapping, Information Architecture, and creating User Persona - Utilizing technically strong design skills using Figma and guiding the team technically - Managing stakeholders effectively and possessing strong communication skills to interact with product teams and Business Analysts For Jr. UX Designers with 3-5 years of experience, the role involves: - Creating intuitive, enjoyable, and accessible digital products such as websites and apps by understanding requirement documents and user needs - Mapping user journeys and developing wireframes/prototypes with strong Figma skills Qualifications required for these positions include: - Experience in the banking/Fintech domain - Portfolio showcasing relevant work Please note that the work location is in person and the salary ranges from 600,000.00 to 1,000,000.00 per year.
