Top Skill(s): 1. Java/J2EE – strong expertise in backend development. 2. Spring MVC & Spring Boot, Micro Services 3. REST & SOAP Web Services Core Development Skills: • Java/J2EE – strong expertise in backend development. • Microservices •Struts Framework – understanding and experience maintaining legacy systems. • Spring MVC & Spring Boot – for building scalable microservices and APIs. • REST & SOAP Web Services – API creation and consumption. • JSON/XML data handling. • Front End : JavaServer Page for VoiceXML (JSV) and Java server page. IVR/Telephony: • Understanding of IVR call flows, SIP • Experience with IVR platforms such as Genesys and cloud telephony (e.g., Twilio, Google Dialogflow). • Familiarity with speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) engines Database: • Strong SQL skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL. • Experience with stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization. Build & Deployment: • CI/CD experience using Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar tools. • Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (GCP). Preferred Skills • Migration of IVR applications from monolithic Struts apps to Spring Boot microservices. • Knowledge of AI-driven conversational IVR solutions.
